Helping Toddlers – Gaining Cooperation
Do you find being a parent to a toddler difficult?
Are you constantly running after your toddler?
Have you wished that he/she would be grown up already so that they could mess less and help more?
Having worked with parents since 1982 as a clinical psychologist, I have heard how desperate parents of toddlers feel. I believe it is not enough to validate feelings. I therefore compiled helpful facts to help parents of toddlers. My information is based on research and over thirty years of clinical experience.
When you listen to this 120 min audio:
- You will learn about toddler-hood, develop realistic expectations and therefore stress less.
- You will have lots of practical advice at your finger tips to apply when situations arise.
- Your child will become calmer and be able to develop good self-esteem.
This audio is jam-packed with information about the parenting challenges faced by parents of toddlers. It is actually a recording of 2 different presentations that I gave at two different functions.
In the event that you believe that your child is too young to benefit, let me say categorically that you are wrong. The truth is that the younger your child when you utilise these positive parenting strategies, the quicker and more long lasting the benefit. Indeed, young children are extremely bright and absorb maximally at this age.
In my experience, most of the information available to parents of toddlers concerns military style approaches. I promote positive parenting which is child focused. I am all about speaking the language your child will understand and having pleasant interactions.
I know that this audio can help you to improve the parenting of your toddler.
