Online Parenting Course
For fifteen years, Renée Mill has been holding parenting courses for both parents in a family to attend, to shine a light on problems that easily occur in young families, problems that are also easily avoided with insight and experience. To bring this knowledge to a wider audience than can possibly attend her parenting courses, Renée has created “Become a Better Parent”, an eight part online course that has video excerpts where Renée introduces and discusses common issues in modern families, and also shows how to solve problems modern parents regularly encounter.
Backed with downloadable documents which participants take away with them, “Make Yourself a Better Parent” is designed with busy parents in mind, helping them to make positive changes in their families and lifestyles for themselves and their children, with minimal interruption to their busy schedules.
CBT Anxiety Course
In October 2009, the Sydney Morning Herald reported on latest research finding that Internet course were as effective if not more effective than face to face treatments for anxiety. Our course runs for 12 sessions and participants will learn a new cognitive or behavioural tool each week. The course will be available from January 2010 and is an affordable $149.
