About Cognitive Behavioural Therapy
Cognitive Behavioural Therapy is a psychological intervention backed by research. The scientific evidence has shown the treatment’s benefits for anxiety and depression both short term and longer term, as it utilises techniques that function to help change the individual’s unhelpful patterns of thinking and behaving that contribute to an anxious and depressed mood. It is one of the most recognised forms of treatment used by most clinics for anxiety and depression.
